Yes, we do need a working hose hook-up at your home or business to ensure that we can perform the job expediently and efficiently. We do have water tanks that act as a buffer in the rare circumstance that we may need a back-up, but these are not always available or convenient as they cannot be moved from the location where the vehicle is parked, they are only equipped to one of our vehicles, and they are heavy and expensive to transport. The industry standard for professional power washing is to hook up to water at the property where the job is scheduled.
Your outside water must be turned on before technicians arrive, per the instructions in the job confirmation email that you receive 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. It is your responsibility to read that email and ensure that we will have functioning water when we arrive. If we arrive to a scheduled job and cannot complete it due to water not being turned on, we will have to charge a small fee for rescheduling.

This answer has multiple parts. Firstly, we provide quotes entirely for FREE, as a courtesy. Many companies will charge you to come out to your property and generate an estimate.
We do our best to capture everything you listed in your initial request, so the more specific you can be about what you need, the more accurate the quote will be. If you’re a new customer, we look up your property address in our system, which connects to Google data to give us a rough estimate of the property’s square footage. We can also see a Google Maps photo that we use as a point of reference to determine what kind of siding you have, whether or not you have concrete surfaces, etc. Because this information might be outdated, it is important that you list your needs as specifically as possible.
All of our services start at a certain price point for a set amount of square footage and certain materials. Please note that your estimate will include sales tax, which is required by law.
There are other factors that impact our pricing structure. We are a large power washing company employing seven staff members. Chemicals, fuel, livable wages, insurance, worker’s comp insurance, payroll services, payroll tax, multiple company vehicles and related transportation expenses, computer systems, phone systems, vacation and sick time for employees, uniforms, and the other things required to operate a business are all part of our pricing structure.
Because of the things listed above, we have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in all of South Jersey for power washing employees — which means that you benefit from experienced and educated technicians coming to your property to perform a 5-star service every single time — not an inexperienced summer helper.
During our busy season we schedule weeks (if not months) out and wash 30-50 properties a week. South Jersey has trusted us (and our fair pricing) for over 14 years and we hope that we can earn your business too.
There is no charge for modifying a quote, and our estimates are price-backed for your peace of mind.
